Our venue, situated in central Retford town, is a modern bar which oozes quality. The pub is zoned to cater for everyone’s needs. Whether you are 18 or 80, there is something for you at some time during the day. There is a quieter area at the front, with comfortable seating, a middle section with tables specifically set out for eating and for children crayons, coloring sheets and high chairs are available. This is an ideal place to relax with a pint or meal and watch the world go by.

Moving to the centre of Retford, there is a library zone and, nearby, a well-stocked bar. In the evening, we aim to cater for the more lively customer, with a dance floor and DJ booth at the rear of the pub, with DJ entertainment twice a week. We also offer SKY Sports and ESPN. We operate a chameleon-type bar, changing what we offer our customers throughout the day. During the day, we are the best place for shoppers to eat out and business people to enjoy a lunch or meeting. In the evening, our friendly staff change dress and the pub livens up.

We have late openings on several days, to avoid the need for customers to move on to clubs. This is a trouble-free and very friendly venue. Don’t forget the superb offers, DJs twice a week and special events throughout the year. With a beer garden at the rear, we have a covered smoking area and external plasma screen!
